Act of Incorporation, Constitution, By-Laws, Regulations and List of Members of the Schoharie Union Anti-Horse Thief Society! Incorporated March 9th, 1866. Sixth Edition, January, 1879. The object and purpose of said corporation is the recovery of stoien horses, and the detection and apprehension of horse thieves; to procure a place for holding meetings, and to accumulate and maintain a fund for that purpose which shall not exceed five thousand dollars.
